AKA 'Memorial Bridge'.
Notes from Founders Cemetery Memorial Site web page on findagrave.com:
Cemetery notes and/or description:
This Memorial Bridge, while not actually a cemetery, is listed on Connecticut's 1934 Hale Index to Headstone Inscriptions as "Founders Cemetery." It is a memorial bridge dedicated to Gov. Robert Treat, the first two pastors, and the founders of Milford Connecticut and to the Wepowage Indians from whom the original settlement land was purchased. The doorstep from Gov. Jonathan Law's home is incorporated into the bridge. Most of the people whose names are inscribed on the bridge are buried in the ancient section of Milford Cemetery.

Died at her home in this village, Sat. Nov. 20, 1886, of inflammation of the stomach, Mrs. Wm. Aspel, in the 57th year of her age. Mrs. Aspel, whose maiden name was Rose Kane, was a native of Ireland and came to this country with her parents when but a little over 15 years of age. They settled in Janesville where a year later she was married to James Conners, who was killed in the army in 1863. In 1873 she married Wm. Aspel and moved to this place where she lived until removed by death. She was the mother of 5 children - 3 sons & 2 daughters, all of whom are now living, the youngest being 13 years old. Mrs. Aspel was an extra good woman ever ready to lend a helping hand in sickness or in time of need. Her loss will be sorely felt by her family and neighbors. Father C.R. Kelly of Brodhead preached her funeral sermon in the Catholic Church Sunday afternoon. Her remains was buried in the cemetery adjoining.
